After Bewdley transferred it’s Council Housing Stock over to Wyre Forest District Council during the 1970′s, it has since (April 2000) been sold to a local Housing Association called The Community Housing Group. 

The Community Housing Group are members of the regions Home Choice Plus scheme.
If you wish to find yourself a new Home within the schemes Local Authority - you will need to join.  Once registered with the scheme, you will then have an opportunity to submit bids for any applicable homes within any of the District Council areas – which include:  Bromsgrove, Malvern Hills, Stratford-on-Avon, Worcester, Wychavon and Wyre Forest.
