Briefly…
We need some local Home Owners to list their property on the Worcestershire-Property website, so – if you would care to give me a call on 07973 133 827 (or send me a text with your name & a contact number) there may be an option for you as the property owner with absolutely “no-strings-attached” whereby you can advertise your property in Worcestershire for a next-to-nothing fee of only £20.00….!!

Well, I guess that you are (or may be) wondering what the Worcestershire Property Shop is all about, or possibly even who’s behind it all..?
Therefore, by way of a brief introduction – I offer you the following information on the What, the Why, and also the Who…

You Can Save Thousands of Pounds
The Worcestershire Property Shop is here to advertise residential property to prospective purchasers or tenants who are looking for a new home in (of course) Worcestershire. The ultimate aim is to offer the Homeowner a way of saving hundreds, possibly even thousands of pounds in agents fees by advertising, letting or selling their property themselves. After all, as the Homeowner – you are the one who has had to make the mortgage payments, so all we’re really trying to do – is to make sure that you get to keep your hands on your money.!!

Private Sales, Lettings & Agents
Unlike “other” similar models, we Do Not discriminate between those who wish to save paying the fees associated with using the conventional estate agent or letting agency, or indeed the so-called professionals themselves. If you as a property owner wish to advertise your property as For Sale or To Let – we would be more-than happy for you to use our services. Likewise, if you as an estate agent or lettings agency wish to advertise those properties of your clients, again, we would be more-than happy to include your listing too.

A Little History
Having successfully managed & operated a similar business model within the Redditch catchment area over the last 8 years, we have decided to launch a www (Worcestershire-wide-web) portal that will enable the Homeowner’s & Landlord’s throughout the County an opportunity to to a little DIY, with the ultimate aim of saving a lot of money that would normally be spent on Estate Agent or Letting Management fees. The individual responsible for the Worcestershire Property Shop development is Garry Willis (who, by the way – has been a resident of Redditch for over 30 years!)

You Do Have a Choice
We offer the Homeowner two choices when it comes to advertising on the Worcestershire Property Shop website.
For those who feel comfortable with taking a few (or more-than a few) digital images (pictures) of their property, and then copying them onto a USB flash drive (which we will provide) – you can advertise your Worcestershire Property online (whether For Sale or To Let) for a one-off fee of only £73.50 £49.25p, and.. did I mention that it was Commission Free too…?

Firstly, you would pay either a £15 deposit, or the full £49.25 (normally £73.50)  listing fee. We would then send you a USB flash drive (memory stick) that would contain a Consent Form (for you to complete), a Guide, and an empty folder for which to transfer your digital images to. Then when you have completed, signed & dated the form, and then transferred the digital images of your property – you simply send it all back to us in the pre-paid “jiffy” envelope provided. When we receive the package, we will check the form, view the images that you have provided, and as long as everything is ok – we will proceed to optimise your images for the web using our software, then publish your property listing on the Worcestershire Property Shop website. BTW, there is no time limit for your property listing, nor will you have to pay any additional fees..!!

For those who would not feel comfortable with the above , we also offer a Home visit (by appointment) whereby we take care of the “geeky” stuff for you. As this would entail a staff member’s time in travelling to your location & carrying out the necessary tasks, we would have to charge an addition fee. However, as we are trying to keep your costs as low as we possibly can, we will only be charging you the associated costs for the time & travel.  Therefore, we feel that a fee of £95.47 should just-about cover the costs, which by-the-way, is inclusive of the £49.25 listing fee.

Please Note
The Fees of £49.25 (normally £73.50) and £95.47 (normally £142.50) are intended as post-budget 2012 offers which may be subject to review. However, we will not increase the fees payable to anyone who has paid either the £49.25 or the £95.47 fee. Also, the fee that you pay – is all that you pay, we do not add or charge any additional amounts for VAT, Commission on Sales or Lettings, or any additional monthly charges.
